The marmoreo medaglione, carved low relief from the scultore Giuseppe Buceti, represents the effige of viceré the Don Eustochio duca of Laviefuille.

In the 1753 work it was arranged on the facade of the Loggia of the Traders in order then to be placed in the 1813 to the angle of the first palace of the Palazzata in Public square Real Palace. After the earthquake of 1908 the work was capacity to the Museum because it was provided to its restoration.

In 1988 it was risistemata in same situated the original one with to the marmorea plate dated 1813 where it now rises the Palace of the INA to the angle between the Way the September and the Saint Tree-lined avenue
