The
Morgana Fairy
"Ruggero

Ruggero the normanno remained silent... of a feature, the sea was
bolling.
A circle of foam appeared to the surface and from it sporse the head
a beautifulst fairy, the Morgana Fairy that... on the bottom of the
sea has its the beautifulr and ancient palace... "That tasks, oh
Ruggero? - I scream Morgana- Go up on mine coach and in short I will
carry to you in Sicily! "But the count it answered to them:
"Morgana Thanks. But I go to the war on my horse and with my
ships and not over fatato yours coach... " Then the fairy
churned three times magical its verga in the air and in water it
launch three knows white men. In that point, magically, they rose
endured houses and palaces, roads and villas, and wonderfully all the
Sicily appeared therefore near from being able to be touched with the
hands. It watches my power! - the fairy still said - Eccoti the Sicily!

A

A folkloristic exhibition with the dancers in the

THE PELORITANI SINGINGS, folkloristic group of I enunciate,
with performances all over the world, from the United States to
Africa, the America of the South to Asia, from Europe to the Oceania,
are the authentic flower to the eyelet of the messinese folclore.The Group is affiliated from 1971 the
Italian Federation Popular Traditions.
In
the months of July and August the Group organizes the "International
Gala of the Folklore" with the collaboration of the regional
counc illorship Cultural Assets and the Ministry of the Instruction, of
the University and the Search, the communal Administration, the
Province and the independent Company provincial tourist increment of
Messina, the collaboration of the Federation Popular Traditions, the
International Union of the Federations of the European Folkloristic
Groups, of the Fenalc of Rome, Iov-Unesco of Vienna and the Fair
International Collection of samples of Messina.
TWO HEROINS
MESSINESE DINA AND CLARENZA
