In 1663
architect Guarino Guarini it realized a great new convent and in the chiostro
inner it remained confined the Church of Saint Tommaso that was not touched.
In the 1866
convent it was transformed in a school, the garden with the chiostro was sold to
private and in chiesetta insediò a fornaio that of it it took advantage of the
cupola in order to cook the bread.
The Church is
to rectangular plant with four doors to sides; on the main door there is a
rosone and over of it a registration in Latin, dated 1530, it decorates the
architrave. The lateral doors are decorated up from an arc of mattoni and six
embrasures that concur an ulterior light with the inside. One small apse forms
the posterior part of the Church. The cupola, put off center, resting on a
square plan that is risen from the roof, introduces four small rectangular
windows.
